Creating A Story To Share of Love, Growth, and Connection
I am so fortunate to be able to show and create artwork of the excitement of growing families. This mom and dad invited me along their journey of welcoming their daughter to their family. Our first session was their pregnancy announcement at Truist Park! Mom and dad are season ticket holders and big fans of the Atlanta Braves, so of course we visited Truist Park for their announcement!
After our announcement session at Truist Park, we met again for their maternity session at Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island, GA. My family and I stayed a few days at an Airbnb on Saint Simons Island, explored, played at the beach, ate crab legs, and enjoyed visiting some historic landmarks. We hiked up the many stairs of the lighthouse, and found out my 12 year old has a bit of a fear of heights. Having family experiences surrounding my time creating a beautiful maternity session on Driftwood is everything! I cannot wait to see where my art takes my family in the future.

I plan to make a trip here again with my family yearly. Drifwood Beach was such an amazing place to visit. Truly a masterpiece. If you are ever able to visit you should. I was in awe of the beautiful petrified wood and rocky shores. Their daughter, Finley, was born a couple months later. She had a slightly hard time transitioning, so I visited them in the NICU, then came to their home the following week to meet Fin's puppy brothers.

I get the pleasure of shadowing families through their lives and create beautiful wall art and fine art albums to keep for generations. Displaying images on your walls of connection and love is a reminder of close family and creates a confidence within the walls of your home and the love within. I walk out of my bedroom every morning to see a 20x30 image of my husband an I hugging. It is a reminder of our friendship and closeness to each other even when we may be slightly annoyed with one of us. We eat dinner surrounded by large wall art of our family embracing each other over the years. It is a reminder us that we, no matter what, will always love and be a supporter and place of comfort. No matter the struggle or hardship, this is family.
